- Sponsor
The Sponsor of this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Pomme Salon Inc. (“Pomme”), 103-815 Vaughan Ave, Kelowna, BC, V0Y
- Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Pomme Salon Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
- Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [START DATE] at 12:01 AM ET and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.
- How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
(a) Purchase Entry. Pre-order any Kérastase holiday gift set from old.pommesalon.ca during the Sweepstakes Period. Each qualifying pre-order counts as one (1) entry. Customers who pre-ordered a Kérastase holiday gift set from old.pommesalon.ca prior to the launch of the Sweepstakes but on or before September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, are automatically entered with one (1) entry per qualifying pre-order.
(b) No-Purchase Entry. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the phrase “Kérastase Holiday Sweepstakes Entry” on a plain 3.5″ x 5″ card. Mail the card in a sealed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Each no-purchase entry must be mailed in a separate envelope, postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period, and received by [OCTOBER 7, 2026]. Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person per day. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries Pomme reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, are void. All entries become the property of Pomme and will not be returned or acknowledged.
- Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a $250 CAD digital gift card redeemable exclusively at old.pommesalon.ca (the “Prize”). The Prize will be issued in the form of a unique electronic gift card code (the “E-Code”) delivered by email to the confirmed winner. The Prize cannot be redeemed at any Pomme Salon location for in-salon services or in-store purchases, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Pomme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected E-Codes once delivered to the email address provided by the winner. Total approximate retail value: $250 CAD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Selection
On or about [OCTOBER 3, 2026], one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The draw will be conducted at Pomme’s offices by a representative of Pomme whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
- Winner Notification and Confirmation
The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry, within three (3) business days of the draw.
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
Correctly answer, without any mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by Pomme;
Complete, sign, and return a Declaration and Release form (confirming eligibility, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, and releasing Pomme and its affiliates from any liability in connection with the Sweepstakes or the Prize) within seven (7) days of notification.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails the skill-testing question, does not return the signed Declaration and Release within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and Pomme may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate entrant in a subsequent random draw from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
- Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Pomme and its affiliates the right to use their first name, last initial, city and province of residence, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
- General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Pomme, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Pomme reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of it) at any time and without prior notice, including if any factor prevents the fair and proper administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law and to any required approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux where applicable.
Pomme and its affiliates are not responsible for: lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, or postage-due entries; technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or other communications malfunctions, failures, or delays; errors in the transmission, receipt, or processing of entries; or any injury or damage to any person’s computer, mobile device, or other property related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
Pomme reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and communicating with entrants about the Sweepstakes, and will be handled in accordance with Pomme’s Privacy Policy, available here. Entrants may opt in separately to Pomme’s marketing communications; entry into the Sweepstakes does not by itself subscribe entrants to any marketing list.
- Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations of Canada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Pomme in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
